Fitness Center

What we offer

Fun and affordable hometown fitness

Area residents have no reason to be out of shape when Canajoharie High School houses a state-of-the-art fitness center. All the equipment in the facility was upgraded in August 2016. Thanks to the generous support of the Arkell Hall Foundation, this facility is open to the public.

Under the management of Kim Hayes, the center offers the best paramount circuit training equipment in the area, free weights, cardiovascular equipment and a variety of specialty classes (including yoga, aerobics, water aerobics and karate).

Ms. Latza-Hayes holds her B.S. in Physical Education and has 20 years experience in physical training. She and her staff will work with you to shed a few pounds, continue rehabilitation, or simply tone up.

Need a gift idea? How about a Fitness Center membership? Ms. Hayes reminds everyone that there's little better than giving someone the gift of better health. Our professional staff can help you tailor an individualized program to help you reach your fitness goal. Email Ms. Hayes or call her at 673-6330 ex. 3122 for more information or to find out what's happening.
