Athletics registration moves online

 

Hard copy forms still available

 

We are pleased to announce that the required paperwork that parents and athletes have to complete each sport season is now online!

 

The forms can also be accessed through the athletics website.

Athletes and their families can read and accept the athletic code, provide health history information and emergency contact information.
