East Hill Field Days - A little fun as the year
unwinds
The weather threatened, but the rains held off
for the East Hill Field Days. The end-of-the-year event is a
final effort to reinforce some of school’s non-academic
lessons—exercise can be fun; creativity can solve most problems;
and cooperation is the best way to get things done.
Aquatics director Kevin Stuttle and phys ed
teachers Josh Herod and Allyson Warren organized field events
that included tug-of-war, noodle javelin toss, kangaroo relay,
50-meter dash, clothesline relay, frisbee toss, watercup relay,
bucket brigade, can toss, tennis volley, and sack races.
