Canajoharie Central School District's PTA will be hosting the Second Annual Dodgeball Tournament on Saturday, Nov. 11, at the Canajoharie High School Gymnasium.
There will be 6 to 8 players per team. There is a $10 entry fee per player.
One check for the entire team - made payable to Canajoharie PTA - is due by Wednesday, Nov. 1, with this form.
Registration Rules:
One form per team, and total payment must be submitted to your Main Office by Wednesday, 11/1. *Forms without payment will not be accepted and/or late entries will NOT be accepted!
All participants must be current Canajoharie Students or Staff.
No substitutions will be allowed once you have registered.
All team members must be within the given grade brackets, NO EXCEPTIONS: 2nd-3rd; 4th-5th; 6th-8th; 9th-12th; Staff
Tournament rules and bracket start times will be distributed to each player in their homerooms/buildings prior to the tournament (earliest games will begin at 9 a.m.) All players and spectators will be expected to follow the given rules.
All student teams must identify an adult (18+) coach who will be responsible for behavior as well as preparedness for games. A name and cell phone number must be provided on the registration form below.
