Dear Canajoharie Cougar Families,

High School:

• The main parking lot and the entrance/loop will be resurfaced. From June 28 - August 15 everyone must enter the facility from the upper parking lot/baseball field entrance and park in the upper lot unless directed otherwise.

• New air handling units will be installed and there will be sections of the building that cannot be used. Those sections include the shop and adjacent hallways, kitchen/receiving area and math/science corridors. Adjacent areas may be intermittently impacted by crane work and will run from June 28 - August 25.

• Outside use will be extremely limited during this time. Please check with the District Office for details.

Fitness Center:

• Due to the parking lot and the entrance/loop being resurfaced from June 28 - August 15, parking will be limited to the middle school parking lot.

• The fitness center will be open but members must walk from the middle school to the basement entrance.

Middle School/Nellis Complex:

• The pool will be closed during the summer for maintenance and upgrades.

• The Nellis gym will be closed as well due to a new roof being installed from June 28 to August 15.

• Windows will be replaced in the sixth grade wing. At times some classrooms will be closed.

• Outside use will be extremely limited during this time. Please check the main office for details.

East Hill:

• The front entrance may be intermittently impacted by crane work from July 15 to August 25. The impact will only be a few days.

• New air handling units will be installed and there will be sections of the building that cannot be used. This includes the technology room at the middle school, and all areas of the “new addition “ at the north end of East Hill (Library to the end of the building). This will be impacted from July 1 to August 25.
