Fall 2024 Lifeguard Certification Class
This fall the Nellis Pool will be hosting a Lifeguard with Waterfront Skills certification class. This class will train participants to become lifeguards at pools and waterfronts (lakes, oceans, ponds, etc.). Participants will need to be able to swim continuously for 200 (Lifeguard) or 550 (Lifeguard & Waterfront) as well as surface dive to bottom of the pool and swim underwater.
There is a 10 participant maximum and 5 participant minimum. All participants must be 15 by the end of the course.
Dates: Saturdays 9/14, 9/21, 9/28, 10/5
Time: 9:00am-5:00pm each day
Cost: $275 (Lifeguard) or $350 (Lifeguard & Waterfront)
