Important Update: New Student Account and Payment System for School Meals

Dear Canajoharie Families,

We are excited to announce that our district is transitioning to a new point-of-sale system called LINQ Connect. This change will affect how you manage your student’s meal accounts and make payments. Please read the following information carefully:

KEY CHANGES

  • Meal Information

    • One breakfast and one lunch remain free each school day for all Canajoharie CSD students.

    • Second meals, à la carte items, snacks, and special drinks are not free.

  • Payment Options

  1. Check

    1. Make checks payable to “Canajoharie CSD”

    2. Send to your student’s school in a sealed envelope marked “School Lunch” with your child’s name

  2. Cash

    1. Accepted in all cafeterias, but not encouraged due to tracking difficulties

    2. If sending cash, use a sealed envelope marked “School Lunch” with your child’s name

  3. Online Payments with LINQ Connect

    1. Make secure online payments through LINQ Connect

      • A $2.60 convenience fee per transaction (fees go directly to LINQ Connect)

  • Benefits of a LINQ Connect Account

    • Make online payments to cafeteria accounts

    • Monitor your children's accounts remotely

    • Set purchase limits

    • Set up automatic recurring payments

    • Receive low-balance email alerts

    • Make other school-related purchases (if applicable)

    How to Set Up Your LINQ Connect Account

  • Register: Create an account at https://linqconnect.com/

  • Verify Account: Click the email verification link sent to your provided email address

  • Sign In: Use your email and password to sign in at https://linqconnect.com/

  • Add Students: 

    1. Click on the “+” symbol

    2. Enter “Canajoharie Central School District” in the “District” field

    3. Complete the information to link your student(s) using their name and student ID number

    4. You can add all of your children attending Canajoharie CSD to one account
